Jamie Is Back at FLAC & Monday Nights Just Got a Lot More Fun
If you’ve been missing Jamie’s energy at FLAC, we have good news: she’s back!
Starting this fall, Jamie is bringing her high-energy style to Monday nights with Boot ’N Burn at 5:15 PM.
This new class is designed to keep you moving, challenge your strength and cardio, and help you start the week with some serious momentum.
Meet Boot ’N Burn
Boot ’N Burn combines strength training, cardio bursts, and functional movement for a workout that keeps things moving and keeps you challenged.
Expect a dynamic mix of exercises designed to work your whole body while incorporating different training styles. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve endurance, increase your energy, or simply shake up your routine, Boot ’N Burn gives you another way to make the most of your FLAC membership.
And with Jamie leading the way, you can expect plenty of energy and encouragement along the way.
Why Add a Monday Class to Your Routine?
Monday can set the tone for your entire week.
Rather than waiting for motivation to strike, make movement part of your schedule. Having a class on the calendar gives you a reason to show up, get moving, and start the week feeling accomplished.
Group fitness also gives you something you don’t always get from working out on your own: community and accountability.
You’ll sweat alongside other FLAC members, work toward your own goals, and have an instructor there to keep you moving.
Ready to Try Something New?
You don’t have to completely overhaul your fitness routine to make progress. Sometimes, adding one new workout to your week is enough to create some variety and give you a fresh challenge.
If your current routine has started to feel repetitive, give Boot ’N Burn a try.
If you already love group fitness, add another class to your week.
And if you haven’t made a group fitness class part of your routine yet, this is a great opportunity to start.
Boot ’N Burn is happening Monday nights at 5:15 PM at Four Lakes Athletic Club.
Classes fill based on capacity, so be sure to register through the FLAC app and reserve your spot.
