Tim has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2002. He brings a diverse range of certifications to the table; including YogaFit, Tai Chi, Sports Nutrition, and more. Tim enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities - whether you're 18 and training for your first 5K or 80 and simply aiming to improve your lifestyle. Outside of FLAC, Tim is a dedicated family man, outdoor enthusiast, and active coach. He believes in setting clear goals, making progress, and getting real results.

Rachel Person
Program Director & Group fitness instructor

Rachel has been with Four Lakes Athletic Club since day one - starting as a member and quickly becoming an integral part of our team. As our Program Director, she leads with passion and expertise, holding specialty certifications in group strength training, spin/cycling, yoga, kettlebells, and her personal favorite: boot camps. With over 15 years of experience as a certified personal trainer, Rachel is deeply committed to helping members tackle their "bucket list" fitness goals and seamlessly integrate wellness into their everyday lives. She especially enjoys outdoor fitness and brings high energy and motivation to every session.

Jessica Barrall
Personal Trainer & Group fitness instructor

Jessica is an ACE and Alloy Certified Personal Trainer and a certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. With a strong passion for fitness and helping others, she thrives on guiding members toward their health and weight-loss goals. A recent transplant from Pennsylvania and a proud mom of two daughters, Jessica brings energy and encouragement to every session. She also enjoys mixed martial arts and competing in 5K obstacle races.

Luke Umnus
Personal Trainer & Athletic Performance Coach

Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Sports Management from UW-Whitewater. A former collegiate basketball player, Luke also interned with UWW’s strength and conditioning program. He has a passion for helping athletes and everyday members achieve peak performance and reach their personal goals. Luke specializes in sports-specific training and enjoys mentoring young athletes to improve both on and off the court.

Kevin Lofy
Personal Trainer

Kevin brings extensive experience working with a wide range of clients - from injury rehabilitation and senior fitness to youth athletes, police officers, and general population training. He focuses on functional movement, injury prevention, and building long-term health. Kevin’s philosophy is simple: when you’re healthy, happy, and fit, you can live life to the fullest. His coaching style is supportive, knowledgeable, and results-driven.
