What Does a Personal Trainer Do?
FLAC personal trainers are certified professionals who are here to guide and support you every step of the way. Some members benefit from a few sessions to gain confidence in the gym, while others enjoy long-term coaching and accountability. Our Services Include:
Comprehensive Fitness Evaluation
We assess your current fitness level with a series of measurements including cardiovascular endurance, body composition, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance.
Custom Exercise Programming
Based on your evaluation and personal goals, your trainer will design a tailored fitness plan that aligns with your lifestyle and abilities.
Supervised, Educated Training
During your sessions, you'll receive focused attention to ensure proper technique, safe progression, and a balance of strength, cardio, and flexibility training. We also provide education on how to make your workouts more efficient and sustainable.
