The right program can make all the difference in your tennis journey.
Whether you're picking up a racquet for the first time, building consistency, or preparing to compete, finding the right level is an important step toward improving your game. At Four Lakes Athletic Club, our tennis programs are designed to help players develop their skills, build confidence, and progress at a pace that supports their goals.
But how do you know which program is the right fit?
Start at the Right Level
Tennis is a game of progression. Strong fundamentals create consistency, consistency builds confidence, and confidence opens the door to new challenges on the court.
Our tennis pathways offer opportunities for players at different ages and stages, from introductory junior programs to advanced training and competitive matchplay. Placement helps ensure players are working on the skills they need while enjoying the right balance of instruction, challenge, and success.
Being in the right program means more than matching a number or age group. It means finding the environment where you can learn, improve, and get the most out of every session.
Progress Is the Goal
As players develop, their needs change. Footwork improves, strokes become more consistent, court awareness grows, and match strategy becomes increasingly important. Moving into the next level should reflect that growth.
Our junior tennis pathway helps players build toward their next milestone, whether that means progressing through the Foam, Red, Orange, and Green Ball stages, advancing into higher-level training, or preparing for competitive matchplay and tournaments.
The goal isn't simply to move up. It's to develop the skills, confidence, and understanding needed to succeed at the next stage.
And progression doesn't look exactly the same for everyone. The right timeline depends on each player's experience, development, consistency, and goals.
