Rally Through the Finish Line: Wrap Up Session 1 and Get Ready for Session 2!

The countdown is on, tennis players! We’re entering the final week of Indoor Tennis Session 1 at Four Lakes Athletic Club, and there’s still plenty of time to make every rally, every drill, and every moment on the court count. As we finish strong, it’s also time to look ahead to the next opportunity to build your skills, sharpen your strategy, and keep your tennis momentum going.

Whether you’re a junior player developing your fundamentals, a competitive athlete preparing for your next match, or an adult player looking to stay active and improve your game, consistency is what makes the difference. Let’s make this final week of Session 1 count!

Finish Session 1 Strong

The final week of a tennis session is more than just the last few practices. It’s an opportunity to reflect on how far you’ve come, recognize the progress you’ve made, and put everything you’ve learned into action.

Remember those skills you’ve been working on? The footwork drills, the controlled shots, the serve consistency, and the match strategies? Now is the time to bring them together. Focus on staying engaged, competing with confidence, and making each court session purposeful.

Progress doesn’t always happen in one big breakthrough. Sometimes it’s a better approach to the ball, a more consistent serve, improved court awareness, or the confidence to go for a shot you once hesitated to attempt.

Celebrate the progress. Trust your training. Finish strong.

Don't Let Your Tennis Momentum Stop Here

One of the biggest keys to improvement is consistency. Taking a break between sessions can make it harder to maintain your rhythm, while continuing to practice gives you the opportunity to build on the foundation you’ve already established.

That’s why Indoor Tennis Session 2 begins November 2, 2026!

With programs available for juniors and adults, Session 2 is your next opportunity to keep moving forward. Continue developing your technique, improve your match play, meet new training partners, and stay connected to the tennis community at FLAC.

For junior players, continued training helps reinforce fundamentals, build confidence, and prepare for the next stage of their tennis journey. For adults, it’s a chance to keep improving, enjoy competitive play, and make tennis a consistent part of an active lifestyle.

The goal isn’t to start over every session. It’s to keep building.
