New September Group Fitness Schedule: Find Your Fall Fitness Routine at FLAC
Fall is nearly here, and with a new season comes the perfect opportunity to reset your routine. As summer schedules wind down, school gets back in session, and calendars start filling up, it can be easy for fitness to slip down the priority list.
At Four Lakes Athletic Club, we’re making it easier to stay consistent with our NEW September Group Fitness Schedule, featuring fresh class options, an updated Thursday lineup, and new evening opportunities to move.
Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve your cardio, stretch and recover, or simply find a workout you genuinely enjoy, there’s never been a better time to make group fitness part of your fall routine.
A Fresh Thursday Lineup
Thursday is getting a refresh this fall with a new lineup designed to give members more variety throughout the morning.
Our updated Thursday schedule features 8:00 AM Zen Strength with Rachel, then in the gym 8:00 AM Bootcamp with Jessica, followed by 9:00 AM Senior Boxing with Michele. It’s a great way to start your Thursday with movement, energy, and a workout that keeps you progressing toward your fitness goals.
If Thursday hasn’t traditionally been your workout day, this new lineup gives you another opportunity to build consistency into your weekly schedule.
New: Zen Strength with Rachel
We’re excited to introduce Zen Strength with Rachel, a new class that combines intentional movement, strength, balance, and a mind-body focus.
Zen Strength is designed to slow things down without taking the challenge out of your workout. It’s an opportunity to focus on controlled movements, build strength, improve stability, and leave class feeling refreshed rather than depleted.
If you enjoy workouts that combine strength and mindfulness - or you’re looking for something different from traditional cardio-based group fitness - Zen Strength is worth adding to your fall routine.
New Evening Fitness Options
Between work, school, family activities, sports, and everything else on the calendar, finding time to work out isn’t always easy - especially at the end of the day.
That’s why the September schedule includes a new evening lineup, giving you more flexibility to get your workout in after your day is done.
Instead of thinking, “I don’t have time to exercise,” look for the class that fits your schedule. A consistent evening workout can be an excellent way to transition out of work mode, relieve stress, and finish your day feeling accomplished.
Why Fall Is the Perfect Time to Reset Your Fitness Routine
There’s something about September that naturally feels like a fresh start.
The relaxed pace of summer gives way to more structure. Kids head back to school, work schedules settle down, and routines start to become more predictable. That makes fall an ideal time to establish - or re-establish - consistent fitness habits.
You don’t need to overhaul your entire lifestyle. Start with a realistic goal. Maybe that means attending two group fitness classes each week. Maybe it’s adding a strength class to your routine, trying a new instructor, or committing to a morning workout before the rest of your day begins.
Consistency matters more than perfection.
The best workout routine is one you can actually maintain.
Keep Moving This Fall
As the weather cools down and daylight hours get shorter, it can become tempting to spend more time sitting and less time moving. Staying active can help you maintain energy, strength, mobility, and momentum heading into the colder months.
And you don’t have to do it alone.
One of the biggest benefits of group fitness is the community. Having a scheduled class on your calendar creates accountability, while familiar instructors and fellow members can help make showing up something you look forward to.
At Four Lakes Athletic Club, our group fitness classes offer a variety of ways to move - from strength and conditioning to boxing, bootcamp, stretching, mind-body workouts, and more.
