Rachel Person – Program Director
Rachel has been with the club since the day the doors opened, started as a member; turned into an instructor! She is now our "Program Director" and carries specialty certificates in group strength training, spin/cycling, yoga, kettle bells, and her personal favorite, boot camps! This past she has even done some traveling with this career and was the guest instructor at an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica!
Aside from all the group exercise classes she teaches, Rachel is also a long time certified personal trainer for over 10 years and has a passion for exercising outdoors.
You will find her either hosting an outdoor boot camp, biking or running with girlfriends in half marathons, and her new favorite, "The Full Marathon"! Rachel is extremely motivated and interested in helping members achieve their "Bucket List" of fitness goals. She would love to help everyone include fitness as part of their daily lifestyles.

Tim Forster - Fitness Director
Tim has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2002 and Certified Group Instructor since 2004. Tim has several certifications including YogaFit, Tai Chi, Sports Nutrition, and many others.
Tim enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and is very involved in athletics as a parent and a coach.
Tim enjoys working with all populations, setting goals and getting results!! Whether you're 18 or 80, seeking weight loss or weight gain, or simply trying to create a healthy lifestyle, Tim can help.

Kevin Lofy – Personal Trainer
Kevin has worked with clients ranging from Senior citizen rehabilitation and injury prevention, Junior High School students, police officers, to the general public who want to get into optimal shape. Kevin feels that it is important for individuals to be healthy, happy, and fit so they can live their life to the fullest!
Keenan Leahy - Personal Trainer
Keenan has been around the industry for about 6 years and has trained people from the ages of 6 years old to 70 years old. Keenan's clients have ranged from collage athletes who want to bulk up & improve performance to people that just want to lose a few pounds and feel more confident. Keenan is an avid Rugby player and has also played on state winning rugby teams, Team Wisconsin, and now a traveling rugby team out of Milwaukee. Keenan really enjoys not only helping people get the results they want but making them love the journey to a much happier and health life style.
Chris Chen – Personal Trainer
Chris is both a PTR certified tennis coach as well as a NASM certified personal trainer. Besides coaching at FLAC, he is also the head women’s tennis coach at Elkhorn High School. Chris attended Yale University and played on the club tennis team there.
Andi Debuck - Personal Trainer
Andi has been a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness and Spin Instructor since spring of 2014 but has a lifetime of experience in athletics, health and fitness. Growing up playing soccer, volleyball, basketball, swim and dance, fitness has always been a major part of her life.
