BATTLE ROYALE

Want to reach some of your personal fitness goals while adding some friendly competition?
Take the test and join the 8 - week long battle!
Be tested in the following:
- Pull-Ups or Flexed Arm Hang (8 seconds counts as 1 pull up)
- Push-ups (knee push ups count as a 1/2)
- Sit-Ups (Full) in 1 Min
- 1 Mile Run (12 Laps)
- 5 Minute Row (meters)
- Body Fat Percentage w/Fat Loss Monitor
This is not about how many you can do, but more about improvement for YOURSELF! If you can't do one pull-up, make it your goal to do one before you are done. Ask a trainer for some general advice on how to train if you cannot do a pull-up or a push-up. There are modified ways to start so you can build up enough strength to do one.
The first 20 to sign up will be guaranteed a spot. Fitness tests will take place the week of Feb 1st-5th.
All team points totals will be posted on the information board each week to see which team is leading. The team at the end of the Battle, with the most points, wins! Individual club records for the fitness tests will be displayed with club record holders permission.

Cardio Tennis
Wednesdays at 6:00pm-7:00pm

Cardio Tennis is first and foremost a fitness program. It is more about getting people moving and active… less on hitting great forehands and backhands. A Cardio Tennis program will elevate a person’s heart rate into their aerobic zone. The pro will challenge you to your ability and fitness level. NO TENNIS EXPERIENCE NEEDED! Most fun you'll have while working out! Guaranteed!
